When I’m Out
My other life as a sea kayaking instructor & general free lancer takes me out of my office a few weeks each year. During those times I take my traveling office with me. You can still contact me by email or call my cell at 608.381.0428 (My cell phone is only on during these times). During these occasions I am usually working during the day and will check messages in the evening. I will address emergencies on the road, everything else will have to wait until I get back to the office as you may have guessed.
Real Emergencies
If I’m not available. You can do one of two things; First call my home. Mary can deal with server administrators to get some things done much fast than if you call the vendor directly. If that does not work you can call our hosting vendor at 1-800-897-5418. You just give them your domain name and tell them your issue. You may be asked a security question. The answer is “Mason”. (Yeah real tight security. . .).
Support Tickets
Other server issues can also be resolved by logging into your account at www.accountsupport.com and putting in a support ticket.
